Local Market Center coaches provide training, coaching and transaction guidance in person each week, utilizing a proven two-tiered model designed to keep agents moving forward toward their goals.

Cost: 10% of GCI for 4 transactions, paid at closing

A self-paced, video based program designed for agents who have another full-time job and want to grow a real estate business. Two group coaching sessions are held each week providing training, coaching, and guidance specifically  targeting those challenges of a dual career agent.

Recommended for: Agents who have another full time job and cannot attend Collective Four sessions during the day. 

Cost: 10% of GCI, paid at closing

A highly customized program where you meet one-on-one with your coach, 3 times per month, to design a plan that meets both your business and personal goals. Subsequently, your coach will ensure that you stay accountable to the plan and overcome individual obstacles. Once per month, you will attend an exclusive, unique group training opportunity designed to enlighten, encourage and inspire personal and professional growth!

Recommended for: Agents who want to excel to the peak of their business

Cost: 10% of GCI, paid at closing, Capped at $9K for individual agents & $12K for teams OR $750/mo for individual agents and $1,000/mo for teams.
